  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 1+ years in Salesforce administration and development
  • 1+ years as a Salesforce Developer with Apex, triggers, trigger frameworks, Visualforce, Lightning Aura/LWC
  • 1+ years as a Vlocity/Omnistudio developer with Omniscripts, Data Raptors and Integration Procedures
  • Hands on Salesforce experience on Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of agile processes, software development lifecycle and supporting tools
  • General understanding of common IT applications
  • Exceptional English verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • At least one of Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Omnistudio Developer
Responsibilities
  • Analysing requirements to ensure information is complete and determine complexity
  • Applying knowledge of 'out of the box' functionality to determine design options and highlight compromises
  • Developing and documenting customised solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Developing and documenting customised solutions leveraging Vlocity components
  • Develop system integrations involving Salesforce.com web services and Vlocity Data Raptors
  • Ensuring that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices
  • Collaboration with lead developers to ensure developed solutions are maintainable, scalable, testable and deployable
  • Assisting the Production Support team and Production Salesforce Admins
  • Support for bug fixing and integration with other systems
  • Maintaining system security and integrity
  • Deployment/Release of the change through sandboxes to production
  • Participating in peer review sessions with other Salesforce developers and admins
  • Collaborating with other technology teams to facilitate interfaces between Salesforce and other systems
  • Communicating with business partners to set expectations and negotiate
  • Participating in Agile team activities
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce REST, SOAP and Metadata API and integration experience
  • 1+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with declarative development
  • Certified Platform Developer II and above
  • Certified OmniStudio Consultant
  • Certified Copado Fundamentals I and II
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, SFDX
  • Experience with SmartComms
