- A valid driver's license is required.
- Availability to work first- or second-shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and move up and down stairs, service ramps, and ladders.
- Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and assist with objects weighing more than 100 pounds.
- Ability to use computers to enter and locate work-related information.
- Ability to operate a power lift.
- Ability to communicate using clear and professional language.
- Ability to provide professional customer service and maintain positive working relationships.
- Supervise the Engineering staff to ensure excellent owner and guest service and facility maintenance.
- Install, maintain, perform preventive maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and related equipment.
- Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves.
- Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed.
- Maintain inventory and purchase-order logs.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
- Complete the life-safety checklist, including fire-pump and generator run tests.
- Inspect fire-sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
- Assist in developing disaster-response protocols.
- Respond to and attend to owner and guest repair requests.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, report maintenance problems and safety incidents, and complete required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors and other assigned duties.
