Requirements
  • 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 3 years of experience with Marketo required
  • A knack for writing or collaborating on great copy. Subject lines are your jam.
  • Proactive and creative; interested in building systems not yet in place and continuously improving the way we do things.
  • Strong analytical ability with a test and learn mentality. Intense curiosity about data and the insights it holds about our customers.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage sophisticated nurture programs for leads and customers in various segments and stages of our funnel.
  • Collaborate on content strategy and drive the content creation process, working cross-functionally with our copywriters and design team to move projects forward.
  • Regularly report on key lifecycle marketing KPIs and campaign performance, making recommendations on how to take the program to the next level.
  • Establish a rigorous AB testing agenda to test messaging, subject lines, CTAs, content, email cadence and timing to constantly improve performance.
  • Partner with a number of cross functional teams to uncover customer insights that drive better decision making and put our customers first.
  • Lead and be the email marketing expert for nurtures, but also be able to batch emails for campaigns from the Marketing team.

Ontra.ai automates legal processes for investment firms using AI technology, serving over 600 clients including Blackstone and AllianceBernstein. Its software streamlines the intake, negotiation, and execution of routine contracts like Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) through a network of freelance legal professionals. This allows legal teams to focus on more strategic work while ensuring compliance with contract obligations. Ontra's deep understanding of private markets and tailored solutions differentiate it from competitors, with the goal of transforming legal workflows throughout the fund lifecycle.
