Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CFO to define and execute strategic priorities, managing critical projects and initiatives within finance
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support finance decisions and strategies
  • Support in maintaining and enhancing vendor relationships with fund administrators and audit/tax firms (performance metrics, trainings, fee reconciliation, monitoring and assessment)
  • Collaborate with technology team to ensure finance projects are prioritized appropriately and carried out effectively and timely
  • Ensure effective and transparent communication of information between the CFO and various departments
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement solutions to drive operational excellence
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and other documentation for CFO and other C-suite executives
  • Work closely with individuals from various teams and across functions throughout the firm to ensure alignment with firm goals and initiatives are successfully carried out
  • Ad-hoc requests from CFO and other executives
