Extension Educators Coordinator 3, Community Development - Noble County

Position is located in Caldwell, Ohio.
Works with Noble County Extension Community Development educator to support program development, delivery, and evaluation. Coordinates program marketing and awareness efforts. Assists in creating educational program and scholarly presentation materials such as handouts, slide (PPT) presentations, factsheets, tech reports, bulletins, spreadsheets, newsletters, etc. Adapts and modifies factsheets, tech reports, bulletins, etc. to a variety of ‘digital’ output formats. Compile information and coordinate development of proposals for community projects; Assist in development and coordination of grant proposals for community projects and programs for which Extension is a partner. Assists with grant administration and project management as needed, following funder and local government protocols. Assists in scheduling, coordinating, planning, and preparing for meetings, programs, training workshops, etc. Publicizes meetings, programs, training workshops, etc. via targeted communications with stakeholders, intended audiences, etc. using a variety of methods and media. Develops and maintains program participant and partner contact information necessary to support ongoing program evaluation and program awareness/marketing efforts. Works with Office Associate as needed to secure locations for meetings, programs and training workshops, food, refreshments, etc. Coordinates program evaluation efforts including data analysis and reporting. Prepares project budgets and monitors expenses. Maintains and expands web-based programs (including Canvas or outward-facing online program offerings), and program-related news, materials, etc. Posts highlights of program and program-related news, materials, etc. to Facebook and other social-media pages.
Attends relevant CD trainings, in-services and conferences as needed. Position contingent upon funding availability.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this job profile is $16.65 - $21.77 hourly.The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
