- Enhance public engagement and visibility of student work within the University Libraries and the broader campus community.
- Cultivate meaningful collaborative partnerships with diverse campus units to broaden the project's reach and impact.
- Showcase a commitment to design innovation, visual arts, and interdisciplinary exploration.
The Librariesisseekingapart-time(20 hours/week)Project Coordinatortoserve as theliaison betweentheLibrariesand Graphic Design,providing coordination and technical support and facilitatingthe work of the Graphic Design faculty and students in the Libraries.
The Project Coordinator will:
act as the point person for theGraphic Designfaculty and students providing and developing content relatedto fulfilling the goals of the project
coordinate or assist with the coordination of stakeholders in developing the selection criteria, monitoring progress, and other aspects of project management
understand the signage management system and work closely with those managing the equipment hardware and Four Winds Software
Required Experience (minimum requirements):
strong attention to detail
excellent organizational and project-management skills
