- At least 5 years of strong web content management experience with Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe CQ.
- Experience implementing at least 3 full-cycle Adobe Experience Manager projects, including at least 1 project using version 6.0 or 6.1.
- A strong Java and Java Platform, Enterprise Edition background.
- Solid experience with Adobe Experience Manager building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
- Experience customizing Touch User Interface.
- Required experience with the Java Content Repository API suite, Sling web framework, Apache Felix Open Services Gateway initiative framework, Digital Asset Management, and workflows.
- Experience with continuous integration, automated test execution, and build tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium, or Maven.
- Experience integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other systems.
- Experience migrating content from other content management systems, such as Oracle WebCenter Sites or FatWire, into Adobe Experience Manager.
- Provide specific technical direction and leadership for development activities.
