We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Associate, Editor to join our Communications & Content team, driving the firm’s editorial execution across internal and external channels. Reporting to the VP of Communications & Content, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping ICONIQ’s content strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all key content.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute editorial themes and content strategy, curating topics for written pieces, video, audio, live programming, and other brand storytelling initiatives.
Craft and refine marketing communications, ensuring messaging remains aligned with brand positioning and audience engagement goals.
Shape compelling event communications, including curated agendas, speaker briefings, and personalized invitations that elevate the attendee experience.
Develop key messaging, talking points, and executive thought leadership for senior leaders, tailoring communications for diverse audiences and high-profile engagements.
Write and edit internal communications, including firm-wide announcements, operational updates, and executive briefings, ensuring clarity, precision, and consistency.
Provide developmental editing and copy-editing support across blog posts, reports, and firm-wide content, maintaining the highest editorial standards.

Ideal Candidate Background:

10+ years of editorial experience in journalism, corporate communications, or content marketing, with a proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful content.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives across multiple formats.
Strong editorial judgment and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker who can align content direction with brand positioning and business objectives while responding to emerging opportunities.
Highly adaptable and solutions-oriented, able to pivot seamlessly in response to shifting priorities, industry trends, and evolving business needs.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $180,000 - $210,000 together with the benefits listed above.
