Requirements
  • Eight (8) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations.
  • Six (6) years of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field.
  • Six (6) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations.
  • Four (4) years of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field.
  • Have employment eligibility verification
  • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire: Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations that support and implement our current program objectives.
  • Identify and supervise the training needs and development of staff, working in conjunction with program management personnel. Training and development topics might include PTSD, substance abuse, countertransference, suicide/homicide risk assessment, crisis intervention, and professional self-care.
  • Ensure appropriate data collection and reporting as required by funders, government entities and agency senior management. Prepare progress and performance reports for internal and external communication.
  • Responsible for ensuring grant deliverables are met by both in-house programs and subcontractors.
  • Establish and uphold agency policies in all areas of service delivery and work with internal directors and executive leadership to ensure that best practices are being effectively executed, so the needs of all of the agency clients are addressed.
  • Assist in evaluating potential funding opportunities, determining whether the opportunity is appropriate for PATH to pursue, and developing proposals in response.
