Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the successful execution of complex software and AI initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between client goals, technical strategy, and delivery outcomes. You’ll partner directly with client leadership, architects, and engineering teams to drive clarity, manage expectations, and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery leader who thrives in technical environments, understands modern engineering practices, and can guide teams through ambiguity toward measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery strategy and execution across one or more enterprise software and AI programs
• Serve as the primary delivery partner for client leadership, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, risks, and outcomes
• Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and delivery‑ready
• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive cross‑team coordination, ensuring dependencies, blockers, and risks are surfaced early and resolved quickly
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to enhance planning, estimation, documentation, and reporting
• Ensure teams follow modern engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development
• Facilitate executive‑level communication and reporting, translating technical progress into business‑relevant insights
• Lead discovery, scoping, and solution‑framing sessions with clients and internal teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across distributed teams
• Mentor Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and other delivery professionals

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex software delivery initiatives in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, particularly in Java full‑stack, cloud, and API‑driven architectures
• Experience delivering or supporting AI‑enabled features or integrating AI/ML services
• Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders and manage high‑visibility, multi‑team programs
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) and the ability to tailor them to client needs
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical contexts
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross‑functional teams at scale
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous environments
