Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Superintendent managing ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading vertical construction projects from start through completion.
  • Proven success managing subcontractors, project schedules, inspections, quality control, and owner turnover.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required, or the candidate must be able to obtain it immediately.
Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up vertical construction projects.
  • Manage site safety, housekeeping, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and project execution.
  • Develop and manage look-ahead schedules to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate inspections, quality control, and first-work verification throughout construction.
  • Partner with Project Managers and leadership on staffing, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain accountability for schedule, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee project documentation, daily reports, punch lists, and turnover activities.
  • Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans when schedule adjustments are required.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, and results-driven jobsite culture.
  • Lead entire construction projects or major phases from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities and manage project schedules.
  • Maintain subcontractor relationships while holding teams accountable.
  • Navigate complex construction challenges while maintaining safety, quality, and execution standards.
