What You’ll Be Doing

As our Night Auditor, you'll be the friendly face and steady hand during the overnight shift—keeping operations on track, balancing the books, and ensuring every guest ends their day (and starts the next!) with a five-star experience. 

• Balancing the books – reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Helping guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any late-night requests.
• Keeping the hotel safe and secure during the night.
• Sharing your sharp eye for detail to make sure everything’s in order for the next day.

About You

You don’t need to be an accountant (although loving numbers helps!), and you don’t need years of experience either – we’ll show you the ropes. You’ll thrive in this role if:

• You’re a night owl who doesn’t mind working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• You enjoy working with numbers and solving problems.
• You’re a people person who loves making guests feel welcome and cared for.
• You have some experience in hospitality, reception, or a similar role (bonus points if you’ve used Opera or similar systems).
• You’re reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure.
