Responsibilities
  • Create and implement streamlined processes to gather information from 120 MiLB clubs
  • Streamline system for club approval processes
  • Maintain database of MiLB club contacts
  • Organize and update resource library and assist MiLB clubs with access
  • Manage and organize internal shared documents for MiLB Business Operations and cross-departmental contacts
  • Support clubs in usage of third-party platforms
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across various MLB teams
