- Streamline system for club approval processes
- Maintain database of MiLB club contacts
- Organize and update resource library and assist MiLB clubs with access
- Manage and organize internal shared documents for MiLB Business Operations and cross-departmental contacts
- Support clubs in usage of third-party platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across various MLB teams
