MLT is seeking a Systems Analyst to assist with supporting the organization’s cloud-first technology strategy. S/he will support a wide array of software applications and data flows ranging from application admissions and online program delivery to a Salesforce-centric data architecture.
The successful candidate will have a desire to improve operations and serve customers to attain business solutions through the use of technology. The role serves as a critical bridge between internal clients and our technology platforms. It is an exciting yet challenging role that requires the ability to multitask, switch responsibilities quickly among major platforms and use cases while maintaining enthusiasm while serving customers. The mission of MLT is very important and this role is essential to the daily operations of MLT. The position will be a hybrid role based in the MLT headquarters in Bethesda, MD and reports directly to the Senior Director of Technology and Applications.
Work You’ll Do
- Resolve a variety of technical support requests for multiple platforms including Salesforce CRM, Survey Monkey Apply, Calendly, Cvent, HubSpot, Form Assembly, Conga, SMS-Magic and more.
- Quickly learn to triage and resolve user issues including building reports, data sync issues with platform integrations, customization of existing platforms, software support of MLT events and more.
- Support the MLT mission and desire to scale by supporting daily operations and also improving existing processes.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements with existing API integrations and provide strategic recommendations for improved future state.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of two years of experience in supporting SaaS platforms
- Must be local to the Bethesda, MD office and commute two days per week
- Previous experience in technical support or help desk environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Track record of working with diverse set of customers that are geographically dispersed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical acumen and aptitude to solve complex problems with limited resources
- Expert problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex data and technical issues
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and desire to solve business problems with technology
- Can clearly understand business objectives and quickly translate them into technology solutions
