Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of two years of experience in supporting SaaS platforms
  • Must be local to the Bethesda, MD office and commute two days per week
  • Previous experience in technical support or help desk environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of working with diverse set of customers that are geographically dispersed
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical acumen and aptitude to solve complex problems with limited resources
  • Expert problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex data and technical issues
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and desire to solve business problems with technology
  • Can clearly understand business objectives and quickly translate them into technology solutions
Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical support requests for multiple platforms including Salesforce CRM, Survey Monkey Apply, Calendly, Cvent, HubSpot, Form Assembly, Conga, SMS-Magic, and more
  • Learn to triage and resolve user issues, build reports, address data sync issues, customize existing platforms, and provide software support for events
  • Support the organization's mission and scale by improving processes, identifying enhancement opportunities, and making strategic recommendations for future improvements
