Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
  • Obtain patient histories and communicate important information to the medical team.
  • Assist with treatments, medication administration, and patient care.
  • Educate clients about preventive care, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized hospital and boarding environment.
  • Properly restrain patients using compassionate handling techniques.
  • Assist with laboratory sample collection and diagnostics.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous professional veterinary assistant experience is preferred.
