Requirements
  • Rising seniors or new graduates with a focus on HR, Business, Data Analytics or related field who recently finished their degree in Spring 2025
  • Strong interest in People Operations, HR Analytics, and Learning & Development
  • Basic knowledge or understanding of data collection and assessment
  • Intermediate Proficiency in Excel - ability to complete VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Formulas
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to automate and streamline manual tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are local to our Playa Vista HQ and are willing to come into the office 3 days a week!
Responsibilities
  • Support employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize HR and Learning data, contributing to meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Measure effectiveness of Learning & Development programs through survey analysis, participation trends, and performance outcomes.
  • Build and maintain HR and Learning analytics dashboards to track key metrics and identify trends.
  • Assist in managing and improving HR and Learning processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and remove manual tasks, improving process efficiency.
  • Support the scaling of People and Learning programs, ensuring smooth execution as the company grows.
  • Help optimize process documentation, workflows, and automation for efficiency.
  • Assist with compliance, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Support learning and development operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on learning programs.
  • Leverage industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in people analytics to contribute to process improvements.
