  • 15+ years B2B sales experience, with expertise in selling cybersecurity products and services
  • Proven success building and scaling inside, direct and channel sales teams from the ground up, especially in high-growth environments
  • Experience selling in the SMB, mid-market and enterprise markets and leading Sales, Account Management/Customer Success, Solutions Architects and BDRs

Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, retain, and develop a world-class decentralized sales team
  • Collaborate to deliver Cobalt’s EMEA sales strategy
  • Develop and execute against targeted sales plan
  • Seamlessly integrate the sales organization with other functional areas
  • Build and train new employees in Cobalt’s sales practices
  • Develop strategic industry partnerships
  • Maintain and improve existing practices, processes and tools
  • Provide sales leadership with strategic target accounts
  • Develop a clear multichannel go-to-market strategy that shows how she/he will be able to effectively scale revenue growth by accelerating their high-velocity GTM model while strategically closing enterprise accounts. and to increase ACVs
  • Assess and improve upon current sales processes, methodologies, infrastructure and metrics to optimize performance of the sales organization
  • Define and implement operational metrics and KPIs that measure, optimize, and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales programs, tactics, and strategy
