Requirements
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Ohio Registered Nurse licensure is required.
- At least 2 years of prior neonatal intensive care unit experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of the Level II Nursery with five high-risk Pediatricians, including oversight of the nursery configuration (one Nursery with 16 bassinets, one Level II Nursery with 8 bassinets, and 8 overflow bassinets) and an annual birth volume of approximately 1,400.
- Oversee the care delivery model consisting of labor and delivery and Mother/Baby units.
- Coordinate staffing and operations with two peer managers (Obstetrics Manager and Pediatrics Manager) and report to the Director of Women's and Children's Services.
