Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience administering Salesforce in a business environment or as a consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including standard and custom objects, security model, profiles, permission sets, record types, and page layouts.
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and understanding of REST APIs and data synchronization concepts.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support daily business operations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable, declarative Salesforce solutions.
  • Optimize business processes through automation, system enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.
  • Manage user access, security, data integrity, and system performance to maintain a secure and reliable Salesforce environment.
  • Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and promoting Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce with evolving business needs and organizational goals.
  • Maintain system documentation and compliance with Salesforce governance and security standards.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, formulas, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and other automation.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for business reporting and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues related to configuration, automation, data quality, user access, and system functionality.
  • Support Salesforce integrations by coordinating with technical teams and assisting with testing and issue resolution.
  • Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, configuration records, and release notes.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to promote Salesforce adoption and best practices.
  • Test new Salesforce releases and enhancements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and assist with change management activities.
  • Stay current on Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to maximize platform capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required or strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with data migration, cleansing, and governance.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, sandbox management, and change deployment processes.
  • Basic understanding of SOQL, Apex, or Salesforce development concepts for collaboration with developers.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
