  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Works with Regulatory Publishing Team Members to Publish and Web Verify Regulatory Documents on a Monthly and Adhoc Basis.
  • Prepares and distributes version control spreadsheets.
  • Prepares evidence for Daily and Monthly Checklists.
  • Updates and maintains all retail publishing events on SharePoint.
  • May Interact with a variety of groups across the company, including Legal, Fund Treasury, Marketing, MFS Transfer Agency.
  • Ensures materials are timely, available and deadlines are met.
  • Prioritizes multiple projects/deliverables with competing deadlines on a daily basis.
  • Assist other teams in client reporting to complete weekly deliverables.
