The Role (Closer-Only)

• Close warm, inbound tax resolution leads
• Run confident, controlled consultations
• Sell real solutions:
• Offer in compromise
• Installment Agreements
• CNC
• Penalty Abatement
• Overcome objections without discounting or panic
• Hit numbers. Get paid. Repeat.

Compensation (Where Closers Pay Attention)

• Base + Aggressive Commission - up to 15%
• Expected Total Earnings: $120,000 – $250,000+
• $10,000–$20,000 Sign-On Bonus
  
  • Amount based on relevant tax experience & early performance
  • Must be in good standing and meeting benchmarks
  • Paid after 60 days of full-time employment 

(In compliance with California pay transparency laws, the expected total compensation range for this role is $120,000–$250,000+ annually, including commissions and bonuses.)
