Requirements
  • 2+ years experience with Marketo, Hubspot, or similar Marketing Automation platform

  • Prior experience working in Salesforce.com in a reporting and administrative capacity
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on the day-to-day configuration, reporting, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of our Marketing Systems, including, but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Drift Email, Cognism, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo
  • Play key role in the research, implementation, and day-to-day maintenance of new Marketing Automation Tools and other Marketing supporting softwares
  • Gather requirements for enhancements and translate business requirements into technical solutions and executable plans
  • Identify platform issues and craft technical resolutions and communication plans to remedy
  • Partner with the Revenue Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Business Partner teams to provide best practices and tips on usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations Team to quality control and troubleshoot data flowing between Marketing Automation Tool and Salesforce.com
  • Maintain and update documentation of processes and procedures
