About the Opportunity
The Salsify Business Operations team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support our Marketing Technology Stack and other adjacent business systems. You would be joining a team of Business Systems Analysts, Administrators, Architects, and Developers who work as a cohesive group to support Salsify’s business units. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with the ability to have a significant impact on the organization each day.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Develop and execute on the day-to-day configuration, reporting, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of our Marketing Systems, including, but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Drift Email, Cognism, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo
- Play key role in the research, implementation, and day-to-day maintenance of new Marketing Automation Tools and other Marketing supporting softwares
- Gather requirements for enhancements and translate business requirements into technical solutions and executable plans
- Identify platform issues and craft technical resolutions and communication plans to remedy
- Partner with the Revenue Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Business Partner teams to provide best practices and tips on usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary
- Partner with the Marketing Operations Team to quality control and troubleshoot data flowing between Marketing Automation Tool and Salesforce.com
- Maintain and update documentation of processes and procedures
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- 2+ years experience with Marketo, Hubspot, or similar Marketing Automation platform

- You can work fast and in a constantly changing environment while exhibiting extreme attention to detail
- You have a strong desire to grow professionally and continue developing new skills
- Prior experience working in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations function
- Prior experience working in Salesforce.com in a reporting and administrative capacity
