Requirements
  • 12+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and B2B / B2B2C marketing strategy.
  • Proven experience activating go-to-market plans for new products and solutions, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, events, and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated track record of optimizing marketing performance based on KPIs and business objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools – ideally, Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive solution awareness, marketing qualified leads, and ultimately sales pipeline growth within the mortgage broker segment.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to ensure marketing initiatives align with business unit objectives, product positioning, sales cycles, and customer needs.
  • Implement high-performing demand gen campaigns, leveraging personalized promotions, digital marketing, content marketing, events, and sales enablement tools.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, developing compelling content that can be syndicated across multiple channels, including PR, social media, and other promotional tactics.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance CoreLogic’s reputation and credibility among clients, partners, and industry media via strategic influencer campaigns.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with key partners to expand CoreLogic’s reach and increase solution awareness, MQLs, and new sales.
  • Track, measure, and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness using data-driven reporting and KPIs.
