The Role:
The Customer Implementation Partner is a new role which will focus on the heart of Logitech Select Services – creating great relationships with Enterprise customers to ensure happiness, retention and growth. This role interacts with every facet of the organization and will function as a trusted advisor, both to the customer and to Logitech. Primary Location: Atlanta, GA
Secondary Location: Other US Remote locations will be considered

Be responsible for the customer journey and work with account managers and sales CSMs to onboard new customers.
Present the Select customer experience and demo our software and services.
Create a system of proactive follow up with Enterprise customers, especially large accounts.
Ensure communication between the customer and the Services team flows expeditiously; be the voice of the customer and share learnings with the Select team
Be the focal point to address any roadblocks in the Services onboarding with contract management, development teams and CX team, ensuring customer questions are answered
Facilitate the renewal process and ensure renewals flow through smoothly
Ensure that all promises are kept and create strong customer experiences
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Proven experience in customer service, CSM, account management or related role in a technical company; preferably a service-based company.
Established work acumen in business + some level of technical knowledge
Strategic and critical thinker who takes initiative and ownership
Passion for problem solving and applying those learnings to future actions and behaviors
Ability to build trusted relationships with customers that helps create the attach and retention
Effective communicator, both written and oral, within our customer base and across internal teams
Strong work ethic (punctuality, professionalism, pride, and desire for success).
High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
Excitement to develop new skills and take on new challenges

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 84K - $ 107K.
In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience and skills.
