Customer Service
  • Be responsible for the customer journey and work with account managers and sales CSMs to onboard new customers
  • Present the Select customer experience and demo our software and services
  • Create a system of proactive follow up with Enterprise customers, especially large accounts
  • Ensure communication between the customer and the Services team flows expeditiously; be the voice of the customer and share learnings with the Select team
  • Be the focal point to address any roadblocks in the Services onboarding with contract management, development teams and CX team, ensuring customer questions are answered
  • Facilitate the renewal process and ensure renewals flow through smoothly
  • Ensure that all promises are kept and create strong customer experiences
  • Proven experience in customer service, CSM, account management or related role in a technical company; preferably a service-based company
  • Established work acumen in business + some level of technical knowledge
  • Strategic and critical thinker who takes initiative and ownership
  • Passion for problem solving and applying those learnings to future actions and behaviors
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers that helps create the attach and retention
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral, within our customer base and across internal teams
  • Strong work ethic (punctuality, professionalism, pride, and desire for success)
  • High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
  • Excitement to develop new skills and take on new challenges
