- Collaborate across teams to develop and deploy high-quality features quickly
- Align technical solutions with product goals and contribute to the roadmap

- Experience mentoring juniors is a plus

Inkitt runs a reader-powered publishing platform where readers can discover and read a wide range of books for free. Readers provide feedback and their reading behavior helps the platform identify which stories have high potential. Authors submit manuscripts, and Inkitt offers publishing deals to those popular with readers, distributing them on GALATEA and other formats. Revenue comes from the author share of book sales and premium content on the platform. What sets Inkitt apart is its data-driven approach: it uses reader engagement data to select books to publish, reducing risk for authors and giving readers a voice in which stories become published. The goal is to connect new authors with readers and build a sustainable, data-informed publishing model that benefits both sides.
