Responsibilities
  • Lead solutions delivery and customer transformation that coexist with, and leverage CADDi’s AI products and data platform.
  • Build a solutions motion that starts bespoke and becomes repeatable offerings and product features.
  • Own the services P&L and revenue target.
  • Translate field patterns into reusable assets and clear product roadmap inputs.
  • Purpose of Solutions Delivery: revenue capture, deal acceleration alongside Sales, and product roadmap signal by converting repeatable patterns into platform capabilities.
  • Build and lead a team of Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Industry Consultants (e.g., procurement, supply chain, quality); stand up the Professional Services operating model (scoping, SOW templates, rate cards, stage gates, QA, change management, risk management).
  • Establish executive-level customer engagement (QBRs/value reviews), value realization frameworks, and expansion motions aligned to measurable business outcomes.
  • Focus on delivering actionable insights and decision support from customer engineering and operations data.
  • Customer transformation and delivery: Lead discovery, value engineering, and solution design across data, integrations, and AI-enabled use cases. Stand up delivery playbooks (SOWs, PMO cadence, QA, change management) and ensure measurable time-to-value.
  • P&L and GTM ownership: Own services P&L and price/package offerings. Run pre-sales: scoping, solution architecture, SOWs, RFPs, rate cards; partner with Sales but own services growth.
  • Product and platform shaping: Convert bespoke wins into repeatable accelerators and influence the platform roadmap with validated customer needs. Define guardrails for when to build custom vs. push for core platform roadmapping.
  • TAM leadership: Institute executive sponsorship, QBRs, adoption runbooks, and expansion playbooks. Ensure TAMs drive value realization, risk management, and account expansion across business units and use cases.
  • Services leadership: Built/scaled a $5M+ services P&L (0→1 and 1→N); knows how to sell, deliver, and renew.
  • Consulting toolkit: Top-tier consulting or Systems Integrator with hands-on execution bias.
  • Manufacturing native: Deep familiarity with manufacturing enterprise systems (ERP/MES/PLM/QA/LIMS) and building data integrations.
  • Comfortable leading data integration and AI-enabled use cases.
  • Hands-on AI engineering: proficient in Python; able to build and ship AI-related applications and implement guardrails.
  • Player-coach orientation: willing to be hands-on in early deliveries while building and scaling the team.
  • Commercial acumen: Excellent at shaping ambiguous problems into scoped, valuable SOWs; credible at VP/CXO levels.
  • Builder-leader: Can start solo, then recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team and partner ecosystem.
