  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree within a technical field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a PHD with 1 year of experience
  • Demonstrated technical and people leadership of diverse and inclusive teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are being developed and deployed simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success working well within a team environment and adapting quickly to change

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical leader within the organization, guiding system engineering efforts across diverse program
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers, fostering innovation and ensuring successful program execution
  • Perform hands-on system engineering tasks, including architecture development, requirements analysis, and systems integration
  • Lead and contribute to the design, development, and fielding of complex system solutions
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to solve challenging technical problems
  • Ensure compliance with industry and company standards, requirements, and best practices
