AI Solutions Analyst

Job Summary 

We are seeking a passionate and versatile AI Analyst to join our growing innovation team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to make an impact by applying Artificial Intelligence to real-world business problems. 

The AI Analyst will design, build, and support AI-powered solutions—such as intelligent agents, chatbots, and automation workflows—using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, and the Power Platform. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to identify opportunities, prototype AI tools, and foster AI literacy through training and advocacy. 

This is a diverse, dynamic role that blends technical development with change management and strategic enablement. An important part of the role will be ongoing research into emerging AI technologies and trends, and helping departments across the organization understand what is possible with AI and how it can support their goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Development 

• Build and deploy AI-powered tools (agents, bots, automations) using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and quickly prototype solutions. 

• Use Python, C#, SQL, and Postman to integrate APIs and support data pipelines where needed. 

• Contribute to the development of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) tools and knowledge-based agents (training provided if needed). 

Adoption & Enablement 

• Support change management efforts by helping users understand, trust, and adopt AI tools in their workflows. 

• Deliver presentations, documentation, and hands-on demos to promote AI literacy across the company. 

• Partner with internal champions to scale adoption of Copilot and other AI-powered platforms. 

Research & Insights 

• Monitor emerging trends in AI and ML, particularly in Microsoft’s ecosystem, and assess their applicability. 

• Evaluate internal processes and recommend AI-driven improvements or automation opportunities. 

• Assist in tracking usage, adoption metrics, and feedback to continuously improve solutions. 

• Conduct ongoing research into new and emerging AI technologies. 

• Work closely with departments across the company to help them understand what is possible with AI and identify new opportunities for application. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 

• 0–4 years of professional experience. 

• Experience (academic or hands-on) with one or more of the following: Python, C#, SQL, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI services. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 

• High curiosity and willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-evolving space. 

Preferred: 

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG), even at a conceptual level. 

• Understanding of organizational change management or experience supporting tech adoption. 

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar GenAI tools. 

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, PowerBI, and Power Automate. 

• Familiarity with Postman, REST APIs, or basic API integrations. 

• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Python, and data science concepts. 

• Interest in how AI can solve problems in industries such as civil engineering, environmental services, or infrastructure.
