Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience validating power subsystems in consumer electronics.
  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, programmable power supplies, electronic loads, data acquisition systems, function generators, and thermal chambers.
  • In-depth knowledge of voltage regulators, including buck and boost converters, low-dropout regulators, load switches, and fuel gauges.
  • Practical experience with board-level system-on-chip power rails and embedded power management concepts.
  • Strong understanding of I2C, SPI, and UART communication protocols, including the ability to debug and interact with hardware over these interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing power validation test plans.
  • At least 3 years of experience automating hardware validation using Python, including test framework development and integration.
  • Familiarity with Android Debug Bridge.
  • Familiarity with battery management systems, power profiling tools, and current-sense techniques at the board and system levels.
Responsibilities
  • Validate, characterize, and optimize power delivery circuits and subsystems at all stages of product development, from proof of concept to OK2Ship.
  • Bring up, debug, and validate complex power circuitry on prototype hardware platforms.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain automated frameworks for power measurement and test-case execution, with a strong focus on Python-based automation.
  • Capture and analyze power-consumption data across diverse usage scenarios, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute comprehensive validation test plans, report findings, and track issues using industry-standard bug-tracking systems.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for power, system-on-chip/memory, and mixed-signal component issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Generate, maintain, and continuously improve validation test plans, reports, and detailed test instructions.
  • Interface with power and performance architects, hardware and software engineers, and manufacturing to support mass-production readiness and sustained product performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Shell scripting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of automated test-equipment integration, including GPIB, VISA, and remote instrument-control libraries in Python.
  • Experience validating power in high-volume mass-production settings and shipping consumer devices.
  • Background in system-on-chip/power-management integrated circuit power-domain mapping, rail sequencing, and power-related system-level debugging.
  • Experience generating key performance indicators and comprehensive validation reports for power consumption and efficiency.

Delart provides engineering services by partnering with technology firms to execute long-term product visions in telecommunications and consumer electronics. It assigns teams across the full product development lifecycle—from wireless systems and RF/antenna design to embedded hardware/firmware, silicon, software/ML, and high-performance networking. Projects move from concept to prototyping and testing, using mmWave, ORAN radios, 5G, and Wi-Fi standards to validate designs. The company differentiates itself by leveraging founder Alireza Tarighat Mehrabani’s SpaceX and Broadcom background, along with a strong patent portfolio and IEEE publications, and by acting as an extended engineering arm for ongoing collaborations. Its goal is to help tech firms reach development milestones and turn long-term visions into scalable products.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Delart still posted Sunnyvale and Redmond openings in 2026, signaling active demand.
  • Its website updated in 2026 lists Santa Monica, Sunnyvale, Ontario, and Shenzhen offices.
  • Two H-1B filings in fiscal 2026 show continued engineering hiring.

What critics are saying

  • Delart relies on project work; contract cancellations can instantly idle engineering teams.
  • No funded product portfolio exists, so revenue depends on client concentration and renewals.
  • If major wireless programs move in-house, Delart becomes replaceable by 2027.

What makes Delart unique

  • Alireza Tarighat Mehrabani brings SpaceX and Broadcom wireless silicon credibility.
  • Delart spans RF, embedded software, silicon design, and systems testing in one services shop.
  • Its 2026 openings stress EMC, automation, and wireless validation across consumer electronics.
