Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in information management, library science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Control professional on large EPC or capital projects.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on, administrative-level experience with Procore, specifically using the Documents, Drawings, RFIs, and Submittals tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Workspace equivalents.
  • Strong understanding of document control principles, practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Procore system expertise and user support capability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, enforce, and continuously improve document control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Establish and maintain naming conventions, file structures, and metadata standards for organizing and categorizing project documents.
  • Produce document control reports and metrics, and identify and report document-related issues or risks.
  • Implement and maintain a centralized document management system using Procore as the primary control system for the project.
  • Configure and customize the document management system to meet project-specific requirements, including managing Procore Documents, Drawings, RFIs, and Submittals tools, access controls, version control, metadata accuracy, classification, and workflow setup.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy document repositories.
  • Manage the full document lifecycle from receipt and submission through review, approval, distribution, and final archiving.
  • Facilitate the review and approval of project documents, drawings, and specifications by designated stakeholders, ensuring revisions and updates are accurately recorded, tracked, and communicated.
  • Monitor document review cycles and ensure timely responses within prescribed periods.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to verify compliance with procedures and review documents for accuracy, completeness, and formatting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for document control inquiries from project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage document distribution lists and access permissions to ensure authorized stakeholders have timely access to relevant documents.
  • Monitor and track document access, downloads, and revisions to maintain document security and confidentiality, including sensitive information.
  • Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders on document control processes and systems.
  • Establish and coordinate document archiving and retention policies, schedules, and procedures to ensure long-term preservation and secure disposal of project records upon completion.

Veolia raises $1.3B in oversubscribed senior bond offering with $3.8B orders

Veolia has completed a €1.15 billion senior bond offering across two tranches. Veolia posts 10.4% net income growth in H1 2026, raises full-year guidance to 8%

Veolia Environnement reported revenue of €22.93 billion for the first half of 2026, up 1.5% at constant scope and foreign exchange, excluding energy prices. The company's EBITDA reached €3.55 billion, rising 5% with margins improving by 70 basis points to 16%. Current net income grew 10.4% at constant scope and forex, whilst net free cash flow improved by €164 million compared to the same period in 2025. The company achieved €195 million in efficiency gains during the period. Veolia completed its acquisition of Cleaners in the United States, which contributed to net financial debt of €24.5 billion. Veolia launches $452M non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due 2032

Veolia Environnement has launched a €400 million offering of non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due January 2032. The bonds will be offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The synthetic convertible bonds offer exposure to Veolia's share performance but will be cash-settled only, without issuing new shares. The bonds will bear an annual interest rate between 0.50% and 0.75%, with a conversion premium of 20% over a reference share price. Concurrently, Veolia will purchase cash-settled call options to hedge its exposure. The company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including purchasing the options. Veolia raises $791M through convertible bond offering to refinance 2021 debt

Enviri spins off New Enviri as standalone public company with $1.2B revenue after Clean Earth sale
