Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with ERP data management is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Support our distribution centers by providing quick resolution on system issues and guidance related to best practices and new processes
  • Manage master data within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights to the management team and supply chain team.
  • Assist in the implementation of a forecasting and replenishment system.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests and projects as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Previous experience in a similar analytical or data management role.
