Participate customer discussions during alignment meetings. Document experience gained during design tenure. - On spec with necessary development documents
- Area of Responsibility: 2. CFT Support: Provide necessary engineering support during localization, series topics, benchmarking and coordinate within different functions for closure of topics - Problem solving & achieve cost reduction
- Area of Responsibility: 3. Innovation Management: Support for implementation of novice topics and filing them as Invention report - IRs and Patents
- Area of Responsibility: 4. Escalation Management: Notify Team coach about work load prioritization, any design issues/risks/deviations during design process and obtain necessary support to mitigate them - On time
- Area of Responsibility: 5. Networking: Participate in discussions with experts/CoC's within and outside Bosch thus enhancing one's competency - Competency enhancement
- Masters in engineering (desirable)
- Work experience in automotive industry is preferred
