Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound support conversations via Intercom, from simple questions to complex troubleshooting
  • Host short virtual calls with customers to resolve issues quickly
  • Create high-quality Linear tickets with full reproduction steps, logs, and customer impact details
  • Build and maintain an internal support knowledge base for faster issue resolution
  • Contribute to and improve our Help Centre with clear, helpful articles
  • Record short Loom videos to walk customers through solutions or product features
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and work with product to address them
  • Track and report key support metrics such as first response time, CSAT, and resolution time
  • Regularly assess where support time is spent and propose automation opportunities with the growth team
  • Implement automations to speed up ticket routing, triage, and follow-up
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Intercom or similar support platforms
  • Experience supporting a complex product with a wide variety of stakeholders across different levels of technical competency
  • Familiarity with healthcare, software as a service, or other complex Operating System style platforms
  • Interest in process automation tools such as Zapier, Notion, or Retool
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving environment

The platform integrates with SystmOne TPP, an electronic health record, and automatically saves and codes all patient interactions in the chart. London-Based Anima Snaps €11 Million Series A To Accelerate Deployment Of Patients And Healthcare Professionals

Anima, a next-generation care enablement platform, announced their oversubscribed €11 million Series A, led by Molten Ventures.Existing investors Hummingbird Ventures, Amino Collective and Y Combinator also participated in the round, and there is new participation from angels including Sidar Sahin, founder of Peak Games. This investment marks a significant milestone for Anima, as it seeks to redefine how healthcare teams deliver care through its clinical operating system. Founded in 2021 by Shun Pang (CEO and CTO) and Rachel Mumford (COO), Anima is led by experts with personal experiences with the healthcare system. Anima is highly selective with hiring—over 60 per cent of the team are former VC-backed founders. Anima launched with its first paying clinics in September 2022, and is now deployed in over 150 NHS clinics in England that provide care to over 1.3 million lives. The company participated in Y Combinator in Winter 2021
