Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier negotiations, and utilizing ERP systems to track orders and inventory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of ERP system is required (NetSuite, an advantage).
  • Strong Organizational & time-management skills.
  • Excellent Communication & negotiation abilities.
  • Responsible for analyzing, organizing, and presenting data using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data filtering, to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate procurement and supply activities according to predefined protocols or procedures.
  • Handle procurement requests and orders, including negotiation with suppliers to reduce costs.
  • Issuing purchase orders to vendors and updating supply schedules for equipment.
  • Tracking the arrival or purchase orders in the organization's warehouses through an organizational system.
  • Interfacing within and outside the organization.
  • Track orders, Process Invoices, ensure cost control.
  • Monitor Inventory levels & ensure timely order placements.
  • Maintain accurate records of order, costs, and vendor information.
  • Negotiating in financial scopes that are insignificant for the organization.
  • Maintain work interfaces with Intra-Organizational units i.e.: engineering, production, quality control, logistics, and finance.
  • Coordinate with Internal departments to understand Purchasing requirements.
  • Analyze and issue control reports through ERP systems.
  • Independently solves complex professional problems.
