Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of High Value Players by creating strong, trustworthy player relationships
  • On-board new VIP players into the VIP Program
  • Create and execute unique, specialized rewards, experiences, and promotions to enhance VIP retention and loyalty
  • Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify commercial opportunities
  • Execute against all VIP guidelines, including responsible gaming policies
  • Identify potential VIPs both within our existing customer base and externally through outbound marketing efforts
