Requirements
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate and AI/ML.
  • Proficient in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360).
  • Strong knowledge of RPA development tools like bots, Task Bots, MetaBot, IQ Bots / Document automation and Gen AI capabilities.
  • Having good understanding about AI/ML algorithms and integrating them with RPA workflows.
  • Good knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with database integration, SQL Queries and working with APIs.
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) or higher and Power Automate PL certification - PL500 is required.
  • Must Have: Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Python.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design and develop advanced RPA solutions using various RPA tools, such as Power platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere(Preferred).
  • Integrate AI/ML algorithms and techniques to enhance RPA capabilities and optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in RPA development best practices and AI/ML integration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, solution designs, and test cases.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring adherence to performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Configure and manage RPA environments, including bot scheduling, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT teams, to integrate RPA solutions into existing systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA bots and address any issues or escalations.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA and AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices and assess their applicability to current projects.
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of reusable RPA components, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Low code apps (e.g., out Systems) is an added value.
  • Exposure to Gen AI integrations, or Chatbot automation within A360.
  • Knowledge of other scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • AI/ML, NLP, Deep learning, C#, Agile Methodology are good to have.
