The Customer Account Lifecycle Analyst manages a territory’s asset records for the lifecycle of the contract and/or T&M service events to ensure accurate books and records and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position in our Malvern, PA office or Cary NC office

Your Role:

Own the order-to-invoice relationship with external customers for asset, service contract and T&M events.
Lead improvement and digitalization projects within the organization leveraging tools like Robotic Process Automation, PowerBI, and Winshuttle.
Build relationships with internal customers such as Sales Reps, Regional Service Managers; Performance Controlling to effectively manage assigned territory.
Collaborate with Collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers for disputed invoices.
Conduct and support problem research using CAPA processes and RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) tools and methodologies.
Understand IFRS rules and research booking activity to determine appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.

Your Expertise:

We will consider all levels of experience (BS/BA in business or related field preferred).
Experience with process improvement, digitalization, project management or similar functions.
Analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement.
Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
Ability to work with business analytics tools, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions.
Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; PowerApps preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work with all organizational levels.
Strong change management capabilities.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $59,100 - Max $88,700

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
