Responsibilities
  • Develop business-aligned location strategies and future-state recommendations.
  • Transform business priorities, workforce trends, and organizational changes into workplace and portfolio investment recommendations.
  • Drive collaborator alignment on strategic workplace and location decisions.
  • Establish success criteria and targeted business results for workplace initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key collaborators.
  • Act as the main strategic point of contact between Workplace Strategy & Site Operations and designated business organizations.
  • Understand business objectives, workforce strategies, organizational changes, and growth plans to assess implications for workplace, location, and portfolio decisions.
  • Represent business objectives within Workplace Strategy & Site Operations and support alignment between organizational needs and workplace priorities.
  • Conduct external market analysis and benchmarking to inform workforce distribution, evaluate location opportunities, and inform investment considerations.
  • Build strategic recommendations for a workforce-informed location strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and executive presentations for leadership review and approval.
  • Sponsor and guide workplace initiatives from strategy development through implementation in partnership with Global Site Operations, Global Workplace Delivery, and Global Workplace Experience.
  • Partner with functional experts across Workplace Strategy & Site Operations who own analytics, planning processes, programs, project delivery, and operations to develop aligned recommendations and drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide business intelligence, workforce planning inputs, collaborator alignment, and strategic recommendations that inform governance and approval processes, including the Global Workplace Approval Committee.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts associated with workplace decisions.
  • Represent designated business units in prioritizing workplace investments among competing organizational demands.
  • Lead collaborator engagement efforts related to work location strategy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Site Operations teams to communicate recommendations, rationale, and encouraged outcomes to business leaders and partners.
  • Support adoption of workplace initiatives through effective communication and change management planning.

BofA backs Oracle with 51% upside over Adobe as AI demand drives contrasting growth paths

Bank of America has set sharply divergent ratings for Adobe and Oracle ahead of their September 10 earnings reports. Adobe acquires Indian marketing intelligence startup Rilo for team and tech

Adobe has acquired Rilo, an India-based marketing intelligence startup, in a deal involving licensing and team acquisition. The companies did not disclose financial terms. Founded in 2025 by IIT graduates Georgi Boby and Dhruv Jaglan, Rilo raised $1 million from investors including PeakXV, DeVC, and Day Zero Ventures at a $10 million valuation. Adobe will integrate some of Rilo's intellectual property along with its six-member team. Rilo focused on automating marketing workflows, allowing go-to-market teams to create custom workflows for competitor intelligence, content repurposing, and sales call analysis. The startup will shut down post-acquisition. This marks Adobe's second Indian acquisition after purchasing video platform Rephrase.ai in 2023. Last year, Adobe also acquired SEO company Semrush for $1.9 billion.
