Requirements
  • 7+ years of global workplace operations management and real estate leadership experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing global teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • A hands-on approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Direct experience with real estate, project management, facilities, and office services functions, ideally in a headquarters environment.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of real estate-related processes: strategic sourcing, supply chain management, facilities management, location management, lease transaction management, and other standards, policies, metrics, and best practices.
  • Superb Excel, Google Sheets and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance or Real Estate, MBA or MS a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to establish and maintain workplace standards across global regions.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the workplace operations team.
  • Oversee all aspects of expansion planning, including site selection, financial analysis, design, and construction.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage real estate portfolios, space planning, and forecasting growth needs.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for global workplace operations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (People, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal etc.) to deliver strategic workplace initiatives.
  • Develop and manage both Opex and Capex budgets.
  • Communicate workplace strategies and initiatives effectively using reports, dashboards, presentations etc.
  • Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance workplace operations and employee experiences.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the workplace operations team and with other teams.
