Requirements
  • 8+ years progressive experience in Partnerships/Business Development or Sales
  • 2+ years experience partnering with global technology companies
  • Knowledge in API accessible solutions/SaaS
  • Experience executing and ideally leading partner GTM/co-sell programs spanning multiple internal/external business units (sales, marketing, support, customer support/success, etc..)
  • Experience navigating and growing revenue in complex enterprise accounts/partnerships
  • Experience working at VP/C-Level
  • Highly developed problem solving, critical thinking, and time management/prioritization skills
  • Ability & willingness to execute strategic and tactical initiatives in tandem as the team gets built out
  • Preferred: Experience working at or in partnership with Google, AWS, or Azure
Responsibilities
  • Within Google Marketplace:
  • Own pipeline & revenue targets for the Channel
  • Act as primary liaison between our respective fields (Sales, Business Development, etc..)
  • Work with Google team to define/refine co-selling process & GTM strategy
  • Work with Nylas Sales to identify target accounts and build mutual action plans to facilitate our introduction into that base. Also coordinate with sales on larger accounts to gain support from Google field and accelerate sales cycles
  • Work with other Nylas ISV partnerships (IE Intel, Google Security Review program) to multithreaded inroads to our strategic enterprise targets
  • Work closely with Marketing to continually uplevel and maximize our marketing spend and programs/campaigns to increase Nylas' visibility and access to the Google ecosystem
  • Work with Product Management to align product innovation and adoption strategies (IE building integrated solutions, ease of test/purchase, etc..)
  • Engage & build revenue motions across multiple business units (IE Workspace, BigQuery, Looker, & other data products)
  • Work with Google resellers/SI's to build solutions & gain access to opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders across implementation & customer success to ensure customers who purchase Nylas through Google have a clear path to success
