Our Investment Strategy & Operations Manager is someone who has a passion for creating and implementing effective media strategies to reach target audiences and achieve key marketing objectives, and is seeking a role with direct impact on the short- and long-term success of our clients’ business. Excellent communication and analytical skills are critical. The individual needs to be effective in (1) working closely with clients, agency partners and other internal stakeholders to optimize campaign return on investment, (2) monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and (3) adjusting campaign strategies as needed to ensure success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Have a strong understanding of Simulmedia’s value proposition and product offerings
● Collaborate with clients, agency partners and internal sales / account management / activation teams to understand customer business objectives and develop effective targeted advertising strategies
● Determine the most effective networks, publishers and specific inventory to reach and activate relevant target audiences across CTV / OTT, linear TV and/or gaming console channels
● Manage media budgets for campaigns
● Create media schedules and timelines to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
● Adjust media strategies and tactics as needed to optimize campaign performance
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Simulmedia platform improvements to ensure that campaigns are utilizing the most effective media channels, platform capabilities and strategies
● Attend and collaborate in onsite, in-person meetings on a regular daily basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 3+ years of experience in media planning (preferably in an advertising agency or brand marketing department)
● Strong understanding of linear TV and CTV / OTT channels and advertising techniques
● Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to clients, agency partners and internal stakeholders
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
● Proficient with media planning tools
● Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets
● Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
● Adaptable person who can deal with rapidly changing TV industry and thrives on working in a data-driven environment
We’re required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $65,000 - $110,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
