Requirements
  • At least 2 years of industry experience.
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record are required.
  • The candidate must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
  • Increase annual invoiced gross profit by following the Kurita Selling Process, finding qualified partners, building trust through engagement, proposing customized solutions, closing business, and becoming a long-term customer partner.
  • Advise customers and achieve environmental, financial, asset health, and sustainability goals.
  • Support current customers through regular water testing, equipment maintenance, and individualized system analysis, and communicate results clearly and professionally.
  • Work with internal Kurita teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Drive revenue and profit growth for integrated programs, services, and products in targeted accounts within the assigned region.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to convert strategic competitive accounts and build long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding business drivers, executing programs, and selling new technologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • A technical degree is preferred.
  • Experience in water treatment or industrial plants is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is preferred.

Kurita opens engineering centre in Arizona to boost water treatment support across North America

Kurita America has opened a new Engineering Center in Phoenix, Arizona, featuring a 10,900-square-foot warehouse and 3,800-square-foot office. The facility strengthens the company's ability to deliver engineering services and operational support across North America. The centre supports engineering, project delivery, technical training and field service throughout the lifecycle of water treatment facilities. It will house multidisciplinary teams specialising in mechanical, electrical and BIM design, alongside quality assurance, project management and procurement support. The expansion responds to growing project volumes and increasing demand for localised support beyond initial equipment delivery. Part of the global Kurita Group, Kurita America provides industrial water treatment solutions combining technologies, engineering, equipment and services.

Kurita Announces Amalgamation Of Canadian Entities

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kurita America, part of the Kurita Group, a leading global provider of industrial water treatment solutions, today announced the amalgamation of Keytech Water Management Company (KTWM) with Kurita Canada Inc. (KCI). The integrated entity will be known as Kurita Canada Inc., headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario, and will serve customers throughout Canada. KTWM initially joined the Kurita Group in April 2021.
