It serves insurance and travel-assistance clients, enabling their customers to access doctors across multiple specializations from anywhere and in eight languages. The platform can be delivered as a white-label solution, so partners can integrate Telemedi’s capabilities into their own platforms. Its goal is to help insurers and travel-assistance providers offer reliable, multilingual remote medical care to customers worldwide under their own brand.

What believers are saying

  • Mavie Telemed has rolled into Austria since 2024, opening cross-border revenue expansion.
  • Telemedi processes about 70,000 monthly inquiries, proving scale and operational relevance.
  • Telemedicine prescribing flexibilities extended through 2026 sustain demand for remote consultations and e-prescriptions.

What critics are saying

  • Mavie now controls Telemedi, limiting exit optionality and forcing Austrian strategic priorities.
  • Poland's telemedicine market is crowded; DocPlanner and local clinics compress pricing fast.
  • If insurer volumes stall, Telemedi loses its core B2B channel and revenue concentration bites.

What makes Telemedi unique

  • Mavie bought majority control in 2023, giving Telemedi hospital-grade backing and distribution.
  • Telemedi serves AXA, Allianz, Generali, PZU, and Europ Assistance across 20 countries.
  • Its white-label platform supports chat, video, phone, prescriptions, and sick-leave workflows.
