Responsibilities
  • Own the revenue operating rhythm by building executive leadership team materials, running bi-weekly pipeline reviews, and producing weekly revenue reports with week-over-week trend analysis.
  • Manage Salesforce as the source of truth by building reports and dashboards, tracking pipeline velocity, and flagging stalled accounts, slipping close dates, and declining activity.
  • Create analysis from structured data and synthesize reporting into a clear narrative and recommendation for the chief revenue officer and sales leadership.
  • Own the full sales cadence by previewing decks before major calls, holding teams accountable for timely material updates, and ensuring the revenue organization runs without gaps.
  • Lead monthly or quarterly go-to-market research, including total addressable market analysis, prospect segmentation, and contact mapping against new ideal customer profiles.
  • Build structured client dossiers on key accounts, especially publicly traded carriers, to support sales leaders in strategic meetings.
  • Iterate on pricing models with Finance by developing a framework for annuities and life insurance pricing and benchmarking against market data.
  • Build a consolidated forecast view by combining pipeline data, inputs from the third-party administrator services team, and other reporting sources into a coherent picture with a human-readable summary.
  • Identify recurring activities and workflows for automation and implement scalable automations to improve efficiency.

Bestow said Ward strengthens its senior leadership team as the company expands its "product offerings, platform capabilities, and strategic partnerships" following the 2025 close of its $120 million Series D round led by Goldman Sachs and Smith Point Capital. Ward is an accomplished marketing and communications executive with more than 15 years of experience building category-defining brands at the intersection of AI and SaaS, Bestow said. She joins the company after more than seven years at Addepar, an NYC-based wealth and asset management platform valued at more than $3 billion, where she most recently served as CMO and scaled the marketing and communications functions across every stage of the company's growth, Bestow said. Earlier in her career, she led communications at Qventus, an AI-powered hospital operations platform, and The Hatch Agency, where she supported high-growth technology companies through their most critical growth and reputational moments.
