Requirements
  • Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences) OR Professional training in business administration or comparable and at least 5 years’ experience in SCM functions.
  • 2 years’ experience in Demand planning in consumer goods company or B2B is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data are required.
  • Excel Mastery and MS Office knowledge at a relevant level.
  • Knowledge of SAP, IBP and BI
Responsibilities
  • Analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to accurately predict future demand and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities.
  • Setting safety stock levels and inventory modeling to ensure optimal stock levels in compliance with company's KPIs, adjusting forecasts based on changing demand and supply conditions.
  • Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IBP to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.
  • Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment.
  • Provide the internal customer team with detailed status updates on the availability of critical products within the portfolio.
  • Generate regular reports, track forecast accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.

Freudenberg-NOK acquires Seal Aftermarket Products

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies has acquired Seal Aftermarket Products, LLC (SAP), a Florida-based distributor of automotive transmission kits and components. SAP will be integrated into Freudenberg's Corteco division, enhancing its market position, especially in the transmission sector.
