Requirements
  • Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintenance Technician skills with solid experience in resolving tool-related challenges.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent military experience.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability for 60%–80% domestic or occasional international travel and/or occasional overnight travel to the factory, training facilities, and customer locations, subject to customer business needs and requirements.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day, remain on one's feet for 8–10 hours, bend, twist, push or pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights and on ladders, and lift 50–75 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Use electromechanical skills to provide service to customers.
  • Perform on-site service, installation, and repair of semiconductor processing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Participate in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
  • Understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Understand and adhere to all site fab protocol requirements.
  • Use various test meters, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
