  • Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Project Coordination or similar
  • BICSI certifications (TE350 Technician, RTPM)
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and relevant software platforms
  • 2 to 4 year's field experience new build installations and testing fiber
  • Data Center structure cabling experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, implement and deploy the E2 Optics QMS
  • Confirm the quality related site activities are in accordance to industry codes and client’s standards
  • Train and coach QA/QC Coordinators and internal employees
  • Generate and analyze quality data analytics for incorporation into metrics
  • Conduct timely quality inspections prioritized according to production status and risk management
  • Issue, record, monitor and partner with staff to close nonconformance reports
  • Conduct corrective action(s) verification audits for non-conforming observations
  • Drive structured problem solving to develop and anchor preventive action(s)
  • Conduct relevant quality training to QA/QC Coordinators and field staff
  • Complete and coordinate the approval of the site’s QC technical submittals to the customer
  • Coordinate with client design teams and project managers to consult on materials for CFCI and OFCI material questions and constraints
  • Verify site as-built design documentation quality attributes are complete and up to date
  • Ensure rapid responses to high priority builds, nonconformances and break-fixes
  • Participate in project pipeline planning and discussions related to the data center
  • Serve as technical resource for E2 Optics structured cabling standards, product selection, design, and installation methods in the field
