- Relevant experience in psychosocial intervention is required.
- Fluent English is mandatory for the CRI–Baie-James environment.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong adaptability in a remote community.
- The candidate must demonstrate responsibility and professional autonomy.
- Accompany and support users in their psychosocial démarches.
- Assess needs and implement appropriate interventions.
- Conduct follow-ups and write clinical records.
- Collaborate with community workers and partners.
- Support users' reintegration and well-being.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary interventions.
