Requirements
  • A minimum of Bac +4 in an engineering school, business school, management, or a general program with a specialization in artificial intelligence or Big Data.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to understand data logic and complex analytical processes.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, manipulate, and exploit data to meet customer needs.
  • Produce detailed analyses of product and service performance.
  • Translate indicator requirements into automated queries.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and a library of performance indicators.
  • Contribute to building a centralized, single data warehouse.
  • Standardize data formats from multiple sources, including Teamworks, Salesforce, and MongoDB.
  • Ensure the reliability of queries and data through cleaning, table creation, and joins.
  • Contribute to writing user manuals, glossaries, and internal processes.
