Requirements
  • Must pass a Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check
  • Food handler, allergen and alcohol awareness certificates are required

Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers warmly and take orders accurately
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters and equipment
  • Handle customer payments through POS system and online ordering platform
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate concerns to the manager when necessary
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory tasks
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
